Our machines have rarely had a bad review in the production of products, but there are always some round raw materials. We are unable to confirm whether our machines can be produced or some customers are very worried about whether they can produce products when these conditions occur.
After that, we will ask the customer to send the raw materials, and we provide the testing service free of charge.
However, regarding the raw materials sent to test the machine, you need to pay attention to the following points:
1. Small machine test should send at least 8kg, and large machine test should send at least 16kg.
2. Send the name of the raw material and do not write liquid.
3. The value of raw materials is written 0-10 dollars
4. The type of raw material (recipe or premix) that needs to be sent by video confirmation before sending the raw materials.
