The machine is with our highest technology, PLC control with touch screen,speed adjustable,inside hopper double screw auger plus an additional connection screw auger to match each nozzle, total 6 nozzles in a row at the exist.

The multiple row protein bar extrusion machine largely increases the production capacity with little space required. 

The P400 multi row nutrition stick extruder is mainly designed for customers who have high productivity requirements for soft or hard energy stick foods. Our newly upgraded P400 multi-channel nutrition stick production machine has a productivity of 150-360 per minute.

All metal components of the machine are made of durable high-quality 304 stainless steel material, including extrusion screws. The energy rod extruder is controlled by PLC program and touch screen to ensure fast and stable operation of the machine. All settings are made on the touch screen, including speed adjustment and memory settings for each section.

The P400 multi row protein rod manufacturing machine is designed specifically for various rod shapes, such as rod, circular, disc-shaped, bite type, pyramid shaped, etc. It can be made into protein bars, date palm bars, fruit bars, energy bars, power bars, nutrition bars, coconut bars, cookies, etc., whether it is a hard mixture or a soft mixture or dough.
