What is the working principle of the protein bar making machine?
Unlike sheeting, cutting or molding, the protein bar making machine uses an extrusion process and is equipped with a custom nozzle to shape the protein bars: First, the pre-mixed dough is fed into a hopper, which is equipped with two horizontal spiral rollers to convey the dough and a push roller to push the dough down. Second, the dough enters a rectifier, which evenly distributes the dough to the custom nozzle. Third, a custom nozzle with customized size and shape is customized according to customer requirements. Fourth, a row of protein bars is fed into a conveyor belt with a safety guard, and a pneumatic cutter controlled by an air compressor cuts the protein bars into uniform sizes.
