Most protein bars on the market are composed of protein powder, syrup, honey, nuts, butter and other raw materials. Pour these raw materials into a blender and mix thoroughly.
Pour the stirred raw materials into the machine hopper, turn on the machine power, and the spiral in the hopper will slowly stir the raw materials into the machine.
The raw materials will extrude the protein strips with the mold, and then the cutter will cut the protein strips into uniform blocks
The protein bar enters the chocolate coating machine along the conveyor belt and is then coated with a uniform layer of chocolate on the surface of the protein bar
The cooling tunnel allows chocolate to quickly cool and solidify, even on hot summer days, chocolate will not melt
The sorting machine will arrange the cooled chocolate neatly and orderly, and then enter the packaging machine
The packaging machine will package chocolate protein bars, and customers can place paper boxes or trays under the packaging machine to prevent the protein bars from falling into the ground and damaging the surface of the product
